About App Refunds

It’s totally up to you if you want to offer refunds for your app and you can do this directly from the Wix Developers Center (this feature is only accessible to Team Members defined as 'Owners').
To do this:

1. Go to the Wix Developers Center.
2. Go to your Payouts tab in the side menu under Manage Your App.
3. Click Transactions.
3. Search for the transaction you want to offer a refund for.
4. Click the Show More icon  next to the transaction, and select Request refund.
5. Choose the amount you wish to refund to the user – this can be full or partial.
6. Let us know if we should cancel their plan.
Important:
Cancelling a plan will stop a user's access to premium features and prevent an auto-renewal of the plan. If you keep the plan active, the user will keep their current features, and it'll still auto-renew.
7. Tell us a bit about why this user needs a refund, and any other info you'd like to add.
8. Click Review the Request.
9. You can now check the details and select the option to send a copy of the refund to your billing email. If you're happy with everything, click Request Refund.

Timescales

Requests can take up to 3 business days to be processed. You can contact us to cancel the request up until then. Once the refund's been approved by our team, it'll appear in your Transactions within 24 hours.

It can take up to 20 business days for the refunded money to arrive in the user's account – it's your responsibility to communicate with the user on the refund's progress.
Tip:
If a user has requested a refund based on a particular issue with your app, we recommend that you fix the problem or improve your app to prevent further refund requests.
